Company history
Slavko Topolovsek, known as "Topo" moved here to Cahuita in 1989, after his 1st visit to Cahuita in 1986 on a poison dart frog expidition. He immediately fell in love with this tropical area and its people. After spending many hours,during many days and often years, talking with the local familes and getting to know them and their land, he discovered the inside information of who is who, and what belongs to whom, borderlines,laws and the lay of the land. Trust and friendships were created. He bought several big farms in different areas and then proceeded to open his Real Estate business for this incredibly beautiful area.
